Underreported Progress
I don't support John McCain's presidential bid; even so, he is right in this piece to point out the signs of progress that have been overlooked, downplayed and ignored by the MSM.
The problem is: Is he already moving away from this assessment? Or just trying to have it both ways?

Carol,
I'm about to go to church with my family. I have them all armed with assault rifles and wearing body armour. On our way to church we will be guarded by hundreds of soldiers and a number of attack helicopters.
Of course, it's totally safe here. Nothing to worry about.
